- conducts a wide range of general clinical and biochemical studies.

- The stage of sample preparation is fully automated and is performed on modern automatic hematological, biochemical, immunofluorescent, coagulometric analyzers.

- the laboratory monitors the level of drugs:

    Tacrolimus

Methotrexate

ciclosporin

hormones, screening of coagulation and thrombocyte links of hemostasis, determination of coagulation factors and specific inhibitors to VIII, IX, XI factors.

 - Over the past year, new types of research have been introduced:

procalcitonin in the blood (marker of septic state),

neuron-specific enolase (a specific marker of neuroendocrine tumors),

homovaniline and vanillylmandelic acid (end products of epinephrine and norepinephrine),

calprotectin (inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease),

brain-natriuretic peptide (cardiovascular pathology)

Bacteriological laboratory carries out research of microflora composition, identification of microorganisms, determination of sensitivity to antibacterial drugs. The automatic bacteriological analyzer "WalkAway-40" allows to identify more than 360 species of microorganisms, to determine their sensitivity to antimicrobial drugs within 24 hours after the initial seeding, which reduces the duration of the analysis by 12-16 hours.

The laboratory of clinical pathomorphology conducts diagnostics of surgical-biopsy material of various categories of complexity (I-IV) of surgical, gastroenterological, urological, oncological and oncohematological diseases. Also, doctors-pathomorphologists know the methods of histochemical studies.

Since 2013, the laboratory has implemented:

pathomorphological studies of fine-needle liver biopsies,

bone marrow trepanobiopsy

immunohistochemical analysis.

The pathomorphology laboratory specializes in the diagnosis of such diseases as:

    syndrome of malabsorption, Hirschsprung's disease,

aplastic anemia,

acute leukemia,

congenital malformations of the respiratory system, gastrointestinal tract, urogenital system.

The Immunology Laboratory is the only one in Kazakhstan that has an international quality control certificate in the field of flow cytometry conducted by the Central European Association for Quality Control (Heidelberg, Germany).

On the basis of our laboratory, the training cycle "Fundamentals of flow cytometry" is conducted annually for doctors of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The laboratory of immunology conducts diagnostics of oncohematological diseases by the method of flow cytofluorimetry, which allows the most accurate determination of the variant of acute leukemia and the protocol of leukemia therapy.

Also in the laboratory of immunology, a quantitative determination of the parameters of cellular and humoral immunity is carried out.

Specialists of the laboratory introduce a protocol for the diagnosis of primary and acquired immunodeficiency states.

In connection with the opening of the department of transplantation in the laboratory since 2014, the number of CD34 + stem cells has been determined.

Laboratory of cytogenetics: conducts unique studies for the detection of chromosomal aberrations in hereditary pathology, as well as in the field of hematology and oncology. Specialists-cytogenetics underwent highly specialized education in medical institutions of near and far abroad (Russia, Israel, Germany). Cytogenetic studies allow the most accurate diagnosis, distribute patients to risk groups and thereby select the most effective treatment protocol, which contributes to the survival of patients.

In the laboratory of cytogenetics over the past 2 years, the following techniques have been introduced: fluorescence in situ hybridization, which makes it possible to identify point DNA mutations. This method allows to optimize the diagnosis of soft tissue tumors and lymphomas.

Laboratory of Molecular Genetics:

Conducts a screening study on the detection of DNA of various infectious microorganisms in biological material both quantitatively and qualitatively.

High-tech equipment allows you to identify the minimum number of viral copies for hepatitis B, C, cytomegalovirus infection.

Specialists of the laboratory were trained in the leading medical institutions of South Korea and Russia.

The most important condition for the qualitative implementation of all types of research is the correct sampling of the material being studied !!!

For blood tests, blood sampling is carried out in the morning (8.30-9.30) on an empty stomach

Investigation of the coagulation system. Blood sampling in the morning on an empty stomach. Excluded for 5 days before the fence reception of anticoagulants.

Biochemical research. Blood sampling in the morning on an empty stomach.

Molecular genetic studies using the PCR method:
To detect chlamydial, mycoplasmal, ureaplasmic infections, biological material is taken from a source of infection (mucous respiratory tract or urogenital tract). Blood with these infections is not investigated!    The material for detecting CMV, the Epstein-Barr virus is most often buccal scraping (or saliva), as well as urine. The blood is investigated only when the process is generalized.

To determine Helicob. Pylori material is a biopsy material after EGF or feces (as a transient medium). Blood is not investigated.

To identify the hepatitis B virus, C - the test material is blood. Blood sampling is carried out in a vacuum tank with an anticoagulant

Cytogenetic studies:

Blood sampling in the morning on an empty stomach in a test tube with an anticoagulant (only - heparin !!!)

Immunological studies:

Cellular link: blood in a test tube with an anticoagulant

Humoral link: blood in a test tube with a coagulation activator (as for biochemical studies).
