The Department of Science and Postgraduate Education oversees and organizes the scientific and educational activities of the center. Participates in the development of targeted scientific and technical programs.

JSC "Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery" is accredited as a subject of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, as well as for the right to conduct clinical trials of pharmacological and medicinal products, medical devices and medical equipment.

In recent years, the center has carried out a number of scientific developments on sensory disorders in newborns with perinatal pathology, the possibilities of their early diagnosis and "An integrated approach to managing the health of the population of the Aral Sea region". "Development of scientific foundations for the formation of a preventive environment in order to preserve public health" (2017-2019). Since 2021, he has been participating in the national program for the introduction of personalized and preventive medicine in the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic "Studying the prognostic role of gene polymorphism in the development of B-cell leukemias and lymphomas in children of Kazakh nationality". JSC «SCPCS» is also a co-executor of STP "Development and implementation of innovative technologies for early diagnosis and treatment of malignant neoplasms based on personalized medicine, taking into account modern genomics approaches". Implementation dates 2021-2022.

The educational activities of JSC " Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery " at the level of additional education are represented by a wide range of activities, both on the basis of the center and with visits to other organizations, for the personnel of the healthcare system in pediatric (pulmonology, cardiology, rheumatology, neonatology, gastroenterology), oncological (pediatric oncology and hematology) and surgical profiles (pediatric surgery, neonatal surgery, pediatric urology, pediatric cardiac surgery) in cycles in the form of advanced training, master classes, training seminars, training modules, on-the-job internships.

In addition, postgraduate training of the postgraduate residency program is being carried out in the specialties "Pediatrics", "Pediatric Surgery", "Oncology and Hematology for children", "Neonatology" and "Pulmonology, including children's".

The teaching staff is represented by highly qualified specialists of the center, who constantly undergo scientific and practical improvements in their specialties in the best centers and clinics, both within the country and abroad.

Together with leading foreign and domestic specialists, master classes in oncology/hematology, pulmonology, cardiac surgery, laboratory diagnostics, etc. are held.

The department is equipped with unique training equipment, modern simulation models and simulators, a computer classroom, comfortable classrooms, conference rooms, broadband Internet, multimedia projectors.

Bazarbayeva Aigul Abayevna-head of Science and education, candidate of Medical Sciences, Doctor of the highest category of specialty "Pediatrics". Has a certificate of specialist oncologist and hematologist of children. He was awarded an award "excellence in healthcare". The total length of service in JSC «SCPCS» is more than 20 years.

In 1991 she graduated from ASMI, Pediatric Faculty. Since 1999, she has been working at the SCPCS, began her career as a duty doctor at the clinic, Since 2001-2006, a doctor in the department of hematology. In 2006 she defended her PhD thesis. She was in charge of the Department of Oncohematology. From 2007 to 2009 - Senior Researcher, Hematology Department of SCPCS. Since 2010, Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics at ASUV. From 2014-2016, she held the position of Deputy Director of the SCPCS for Pediatrics.

Since 2017 - Head of Science and Education. He is the author of more than 100 printed works, including those printed abroad (Austria, Germany, Turkey, Belarus, Russia. Kyrgyzstan). Awarded a certificate for the best presentation of a clinical case among participants from 33 countries in the Salzburg seminars, Austria, with further publication of the material in the online library "Global Case Library". Participated and made presentations at National and International conferences, participated in the development of clinical protocols, amendments to the qualification characteristics of a pediatric oncologist, hematologist, GSD in pediatric oncology and hematology, in the expert commission for checking test tasks in adult and pediatric hematology, in the commission on mortality in the Children's Infectious Diseases Hospital of Almaty, on the validity of transfusions in the NSCMD, in the working commission to South Korea from the Ministry of Health of the RK, in round tables on medicines for orphan diseases, primary immunodeficiency.

Shakhmetova Kulbarshin Seilbekovna - Scientific Secretary of JSC «SCPCS», Candidate of Medical Sciences in the specialty diseases of the ear, throat and nose.

In 1991 she graduated from Tselinograd State Medical Institute, until 2003 she was in practical healthcare from ENT doctor of polyclinic to head of ENT department and chief freelance ENT doctor of Almaty region.

Since 2003, he has been engaged in educational and scientific activities from assistant of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology to Dean of the Therapeutic Faculty of KazMUNO. From 2010 to 2018, she worked at the National Scientific Center of Surgery named after A.N. Syzganov as the head of the Department of Postgraduate Education. From 2014 to 2015, she held the position of Academic Secretary.

2015 - 2018 as an expert of the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, conducted an examination of educational activities of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan: NAO "Medical University of Karaganda" (Karaganda), Kazakhstan Medical University "Higher School of Public Health (Almaty), National Center of Neurosurgery (Nur-Sultan), Kazakh Medical University of Continuing Education (Almaty). She studied in Tel Aviv (Israel), Munich (Germany), St. Petersburg (Russia), constantly improves her scientific and pedagogical level by participating in international and regional conferences. He is the author of 30 scientific articles, 2 patents, 1 innovation proposal, 1 copyright, co-author of 2 methodological developments. He has the award "Excellent Healthcare Worker".

Ryskeldieva Gulnur Sovetkhanovna - methodologist of the Department of Science and Postgraduate Education.

In 2013, she graduated from the Almaty College of Economics with a degree in Information Systems. From 2017 to 2020, she studied at the M. Saparbayev Humanitarian University, majoring in Computer Science.

Since 2012, he has been working in the Department of Science and Postgraduate Education. He knows the methods of organizing scientific and methodological work on the implementation of scientific and technical programs of the SCPCS, participates in the compilation and correction of quarterly, interim and final reports of the STP, in conducting master classes on the introduction of innovative technologies of medicine into the SCPCS and transfer to the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Kakimova Kyzgaldak Salimgereevna is a librarian at the SCPCS.

In 1988-1991 she graduated from the Aktobe Cultural and Educational College, majoring in Library Science.

1998-2003 She worked at the State Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute, majoring in Biology, since 2001 she has been the head of the scientific and medical library of the SCPCS.

Since 2017, he has been working in the Department of Science and Postgraduate Education.

Owns the system of library science, classification of books, rules of cataloging, acquisition, storage and accounting of the literary fund, implements the best practices of library work of domestic and foreign libraries. He is a co-author of 5 scientific articles.

Osmanova Mukaryam Turganzhanovna - methodologist of JSC SCPCS.

In 2018, she graduated from S. D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University with a degree in Public Health.

In 2020, she graduated from the Master's degree program at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Public Health. He has educational and organizational skills, is engaged in planning and organizing the training of doctors from all regions of Kazakhstan. Organizes and develops the necessary documentation for conferences. Provides technical assistance in the development, review and preparation for approval of educational and methodological documentation.
