PRESS SERVICE OF THE SCIENTIFIC CENTER OF PEDIATRICS AND CHILDREN'S SURGERY

The press service was created to coordinate the activities of the Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery with the public and implements various projects in the field of media. Besides, it aims to promote research, innovation achievements, activities and innovation center. Organizes external and internal work of the institution in the field of information policy, relations with the media and the public.

The main function of the press service of the Scientific Center is to promptly and fully inform about the activities of the organization.

In its activities, the department of public relations is guided by the provisions and instructions of the development strategy and structure of the Center, the plan of the main activities for the implementation of the strategy, the legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the charters of the Scientific Center for Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery. The work of the press service of the Scientific Center for Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery is carried out in accordance with the approved strategic programs and annual plans.

The purpose of the press service is to promote the news, achievements and successes of the center, to form the image of the center's management, doctors through interviews, information, press conferences, various articles in the media, systematically update the content of the center's website, update information about events held and publish it in the media.

The tasks of the press service are:

• Collection and analysis of information for the implementation of the plan the Center's activities in the field of public relations;
• Preparation of materials held at the Center (scientific and practical, educational, mass cultural, etc.), organization of publications of information materials, distribution of information in the media;
• Ensuring the participation of media representatives in events held in the center;
• Organization of press conferences and briefings;
• Ensuring effective and sustainable two-way communication with the media;
• Ensuring dissemination of information and advertising information about the activities of the Center;
• Facilitating the participation of correspondents invited to meetings, conferences, seminars, official meetings in the center, ensuring the placement and maintenance of their technical equipment (video, audio), transfer of recorded information to electronic media;
• Monitoring and control of publications;
• Participation in the organization of the official site of the center and tracking the "News" page;
• Ensuring the creation of photo and video databases;
• Contribution to the media page about us;
• Create a digest.
