Attention Medical School Graduates and Young Physicians! NCPPS Announces Competitive Admission to Residency Program

Attention graduates of medical universities and young physicians! The National Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery JSC announces competitive admission for residency training under the State Educational Grant for the training of medical personnel in residency for the 2025–2026 academic year.

The flagship of domestic pediatrics — the NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CENTER OF PEDIATRICS AND PEDIATRIC SURGERY — is holding admissions to residency under the State Grant in the following specialties:

"Pediatrics,"
"Pediatric Surgery,"
"Pediatric Oncology and Hematology."

Document submission: July 3–25, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, at the following address: 146 Al-Farabi Avenue, Almaty.

Entrance exams: August 8–16.

Enrollment: by August 28, 2025.

List of documents required for admission to residency at NCPPS JSC:

• Application addressed to the Chairman of the Management Board of NCPPS JSC, on the official form;
• Copy of identity document (original required for verification);
• Bachelor of Healthcare diploma and its supplement in Kazakh, Russian, and English (originals and copies);
• Original and copy of internship completion certificate;
• Diploma conferring the qualification of physician and its supplement in Kazakh, Russian, and English (originals and copies);
• Results of the first stage of the final internship assessment (testing conducted by the "National Center for Independent Testing" (NCIT) Republican Public Association), certified by the dean's signature and the seal of the educational institution (if available);
• Medical certificate Form 075-U;
• Copy of the healthcare specialist certificate (if available);
• Copy of employment record book, certified by the HR department of the previous place of work (if available);
• Documents confirming scientific publications (if available);
• Six 3x4 cm photographs, a binder folder with an envelope.

ENROLLMENT IN RESIDENCY AT NCPPS JSC

Applicants who score at least 75 points on a 100-point scale are admitted to residency at NCPPS JSC.

In the first stage, competitive selection is conducted for the main educational program. In the second stage, for applicants who did not pass the competition for the main educational program, a competition is held for the alternative educational program for vacant positions remaining after the main program selection, in order of ranking.
