In order to popularize the new Kazakh alphabet, to accelerate the practical learning of the Latin alphabet, the event was attended by the administration, center staff, teachers, as well as residents and students studying at the base of the center. Along with more than 70 dictation participants in the audience, every employee at the workplace listened and wrote online.

The event was opened by the head of the Scientific Center for Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery Riza Boranbayeva, stressing the importance of switching to the Latin alphabet and simultaneously holding today's event throughout the country.

For the first time, the dictation was written in Latin, both by the older and middle generation of doctors, and by young doctors. Participants said it was difficult to write dictation, but the new schedule is light and comfortable hand writing.

"Today was the training of writing in the Latin alphabet for us. It was not easy to write, as this new alphabet. I messed up a few letters. Especially the letters "ы" and "у", "ұ" and "ү".  However, it is not difficult. If repeated several times, you can get used to. It is important for us to study the Latin alphabet primarily because we work with the population, ”said center psychologist Gulzhamila Nusipzhanova.

“As I heard about the holding of this event, I decided to participate in writing a dictation to test my capabilities. It was easy for me who knew several languages to write dictation, ”says the young pediatrician, first-year resident Zarina Taubaldieva.

Employees of the Center for Pediatrics listened and wrote dictation through the "Kazak" radio in direct sound.
