Surgery to the newborn weighing 3818 gr. it was carried out for the 3rd day from the birth moment as the condition of the kid demanded a certain medical preparation. Duration of operation was more than 3 hours, passed successfully, for the 3rd day the little patient was transferred from resuscitation to office of a neonatology on joint stay with mother. Operation was performed by the doctor of higher category, the professional of the business surgeon-neonatolog Litosh Vladimir together with together with group of doctors of the center.

The complexity of this case was that the tumor was the big sizes with intensive pre-natal growth that created difficulties as for delivery and for its further removal. Also the tumor had sites of skin, squeezed a rectum and actively pulsed in connection with high supply with blood vessels, creating risk of massive bleeding. Lump of a tumor was 1028 gr.
