The Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Children’s Surgery, in the framework of the Kazakh medicine days which held in Dushanbe (Tajikistan), signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Republican Scientific Oncological Center of the Republic of Tajikistan.
On December 19-20, the Days of Kazakh medicine in Tajikistan were held in Dushanbe. The purpose of the event was to strengthen cooperation between the healthcare systems of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, expand interaction between medical organizations, exchange experience and knowledge, innovations and technologies in order to ensure accessibility and guarantee the quality of medical care for citizens of both countries.
The Kazakhstan delegation, headed by the Vice Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan O. Abishev, comprises more than 30 leading medical clinics, specialized medical organizations, pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical universities, representatives of IT and health consulting companies in Kazakhstan.
On the first day of the event, the Forum and the exhibition of achievements of Kazakhstan medicine were held. The participants of the Forum got a representation about health care reforms in Kazakhstan, also they got acquainted with innovations and advanced technologies which used in practical medicine. Interactive platforms invited to discuss issues such as the development of medical tourism, the use of modern technologies in cardiology, the development of cardiac surgery, the achievements of reproductive surgery, digitalization of healthcare, etc.
At the forum, a specialists of Kazakhstan healthcare shared their experience and knowledge. Chairman of Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Children’s Surgery Boranbaeva R.Z. spoke about the prospects and opportunities of pediatrics in Kazakhstan.
At the end of the session, colleagues from Tajikistan and Kazakhstan had the opportunity to discuss the main challenges and solutions in the healthcare sector, as well as directions for the further cooperation.
On the second day of the event, master classes, examinations and patient consultations were held at the leading medical organizations in Dushanbe.
Within the framework of the Kazakh Medicine Days in Tajikistan, representatives of the Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Children’s Surgery represented by the Chairman of Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Children’s Surgery Riza Boranbaeva and the leading specialist of the pediatric urologist Rustem Bishmanov visited the Republican Oncology Center, where the meeting held between Chairman of Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Children’s Surgery Riza Boranbaeva and Tajik colleagues, a presentation was presented on the topic "Prospects for the development of pediatric services in Kazakhstan." During the meeting, delegates looked at the departments and got acquainted with the work of the center.
Within the framework of the Kazakh Medicine Days in Tajikistan, 31 memorandums were signed between research institutes, state and private medical centers, medical universities and colleges of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.
