"Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Children’s Surgery" on April 21-23, 2021 will hold the IX Congress of Pediatricians of Kazakhstan "Achievements and Prospects for the Development of Pediatrics and Children’s SURGERY" with international participation online (live broadcast).

As part of the congress, on April 23, 2021, the School of Young Scientists will host an international scientific and practical conference for doctoral students, undergraduates and residents: "Young Researcher: Challenges and Prospects for the Development of Modern Pediatrics and Children’s Surgery."

The main topics discussed at the congress:

Topical issues of modern pediatrics: fundamentals of pathophysiology, principles and prospects for the treatment of various diseases of childhood. Personalized assistance to children with chronic and other socially significant diseases;

Organization of medical care for children with rare diseases in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Multidisciplinary approach to the examination and treatment of children with rare diseases;

Prospects for the development of pediatric surgery, the introduction of innovative technologies in various areas of pediatric surgery;

Providing medical care to children during the COVID-19 pandemic. Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome associated with COVID-19;

Dynamic observation of children with chronic diseases and after suffering COVID-19. The role of the pediatrician in the provision of primary health care to children. Implementation of WHO programs and development of follow-up rooms; Prospects for the development of rehabilitation assistance to children with various diseases;
