On October 15, on the football field of the Zharys Arena sports complex, chess and football competitions were held among the employees of the center. The competitions were timed to coincide with the Republic Day.

More than 40 employees took part in the competitions organized by the Trade Union of the Centre. The management of the center and colleagues of the Center came to support the players. The doctors, who changed their white coats to sports balls, showed an excellent game and urged everyone to a healthy lifestyle.

The game of football was interesting, in an exciting tense struggle for victory. According to the results of the competition, the 1st place was taken by the team of the paraclinic, the 2nd place was taken by the team of doctors of the Oncohematology and Intensive Care Department, the 3rd place was taken by the team of pediatric surgery.

Nurzhan Aflatonov, the doctor of the surgical department No. 1, won the chess competition, and Yelibay Alikhan, the son of the oncosurgeon Begaidar Yelibayev, won among the children of the pediatric center.

All winners were awarded cash prizes.

"Outside of working hours, various events, including sports, contribute to team building. Therefore, we plan to regularly hold various sports events," said Sundet Sargelov, a member of the trade union.
