Republican Pediatric Hour to Be Held Weekly in Kazakhstan Starting March 3

Starting March 3, a Republican Pediatric Hour will be held weekly in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The first lecture took place at the National Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery on the topic "Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children." The lecture was delivered online by pediatric cardiologist and rheumatologist, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Valentina Nikolayevna Ishuova.

More than 200 participants took part in the Republican Pediatric Hour, including deputy heads of regional healthcare departments from across the country, as well as from Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent, chief part-time pediatricians, pediatric specialists, district (general practice) physicians, and other specialists from all regions of the country.

Pediatric care is one of the key areas for preserving and strengthening children's health, disease prevention, and early diagnosis.
