At the Scientific Center for Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery from October 16 to October 20, 2017, a master class with the participation of foreign experts from the Czech Republic, Professor Petr Sedlacek, head of the Department of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation at the Motol University Clinic, Sarki Rakhmatova, MD, who is the representative of the head of the Cellular Therapy Unit Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Jan Vidra of the intensive care unit at the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, MD. The theme of the master class "Haploidentical transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells".
The aim of the training is to further improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills in transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells. To teach different types of transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells, including haploidentical stem cells in children and adolescents with hematological, oncological, immunological and hereditary diseases. Training in modern methods of prevention and treatment of complications after haplottsk and follow-up of patients after TSCC. The main tasks of the master class:
1. Demonstrate the latest methods of transplantation and accompanying correction in patients with oncohematological diseases.
2. To teach modern methods of pre-transplantation training and post-transplant management of patients.
3. To master modern methods of allocation of stem hemopoietic cells.
4. To get acquainted with new technologies of prophylaxis and therapy.
5. To teach modern technologies of care, preventive and intensive care in transplantology
25 specialists from various regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part, among them children's oncologists and hematologists. It is planned to consult 15 patients with various hematologic, oncological, immunological and hereditary diseases
