From November 6 to November 25, 2017, he underwent further training on the theme "Chronic nonspecific lung diseases in children" for pediatricians, general practitioners, pulmonologists.

More than 30 doctors from the city of Almaty participated in the seminar. The experts from the pulmonology and radiation diagnostics department made dmn. Baizhanova MM, Ph.D. Nauryzalieva Sh.T., Cand.Sc. Sargelov S.Sh. The course discussed issues on bronchial asthma, lung emphysema, chronic bronchitis, congenital lung diseases, and others.

The aim of the course was to improve the practical skills of pediatricians in mastering new methods for diagnosing and treating children with various diseases of the bronchopulmonary system. We examined the diseases that are part of the group of chronic nonspecific lung diseases, noting their common features. We studied the etiology, pathogenesis and morphological features of chronic bronchitis, emphasizing their special importance in the development of chronic nonspecific processes in the lungs. We have disassembled the conditions that promote the development of chronic pneumonia, drawing attention to the fact that chronic pneumonia is characterized by a combination of various changes in bronchi and lung tissue (chronic bronchitis and bronchiectasis, suppuration, carnification, proliferation of connective tissue, vascular sclerosis).

More details were focused on bronchiectasis, their role in the development of pneumosclerosis and pulmonary emphysema, and on the morphological changes in seizures and chronic course of the disease. We have reviewed the changes that arise in the body in chronic pneumonia (hypertension of the small circle of blood circulation, hypertrophy of the right heart, metabolic disorders with the development of amyloidosis). They studied the etiopathogenesis of bronchial asthma, emphasizing the infectious-allergic nature of the disease.

In recent years, significant progress has been made in understanding the morphological nature of the process of most respiratory diseases. Modern clinical morphology has many methods for diagnosing diseases of the respiratory system. Among them, the most important are the cytological and bacterioscopic examination of sputum, bronchoalveolar flushes (bronchoalveolar lavage), bronchial and lung biopsy. The new data obtained on early structural manifestations of respiratory diseases make it possible to use the results of morphological diagnostics for effective treatment.
